A. If the order is in the pending stage, then you can cancel the order by clicking on either "Accounts & Lists">orders>cancel order or Returns & Orders>cancel order, however in case the order is moved forward from the pending stage then you have to return or replace your products.
A. You can place an order by adding products to the cart>click on the cart at the top right corner>proceed to checkout>login or create an account>proceed to checkout>add address>deliver to this address>add payment method>choose a delivery option>palce your order.
A. Shipping usually takes around 7-14 days, excluding 2-4 days of processing time. You will be notified, in case of any delays.
